Our Team.

 Nick has worked on Sidlesham nurseries since he was 11 years old, so it's no surprise he knows glasshouse growing inside out. Kathy joined him over 30 years ago, cutting celery to pay off her student debt, she quickly grew to love the outdoor life. In 1999 they sold their house and bought a field with a glasshouse, and established Haygrove Sidlesham Ltd @ Keymer Brook Farm.

 Their son, Archie, was practically born in a glasshouse and spent many hours toddling after Keymer Brook Farm's engineer, eventually going to Harper Adams University where he earned the John Deere Trophy for most outstanding student on his course. This year, he is a finalist for the Farmer's weekly Young Farmer Award. Cristea came to the UK from Romania over 16 years ago to work for Haygrove Sidlesham, eventually settling here with his own family.
