Working for us

We are a small, friendly, family farm based in a village on the south coast of England. Nearby is the picturesque market town of Chichester and London is less than two hours by train. We offer full training for the right candidates, but  would particularly welcome applications from people with horticultural or agricultural experience.

A note for young adults:

We don't employ anyone under sixteen and if a young person is under eighteen, we need to be impressed by their maturity and attitude to work. Farms are fast paced environments and are always hard work in sometimes uncomfortable conditions. If you still think you want to work with us then please get in touch for a chat, but do ask your parents not to apply on your behalf.  It gives a poor first impression if we don't receive an application from the person who is supposed to want the job.  Tell them you know they are trying to help, but you need to do it for yourself, it's the first step to proving you are ready to work. If you impress us we will keep you on file and get back to you, even if we don't have work when you apply.
